General Policies.

• Pets are not allowed.
• Check-in time: 3:00 PM
• Check-out time: 12:00 PM
• Minimum age for check-in: 18 years old.
• Official identification is required for all guests, including minors, in accordance with the General Tourism Law for check-in registration. If all documents are not presented, accommodation services may be denied.
• 100% Smoke-Free Premises. Any guest caught smoking on the premises will be required to pay a penalty of $3,000.00 Mexican pesos for cleaning, sanitizing, and purifying the area.
